I set up a dumpster for a job, the guy I talked to was so condescending I decided to find another dumpster company. I called them back to cancel the dumpster and they said that some one would contact me within 24 hours.

That did NOT happen. After several calls to them and speaking with several so called supervisors nothing has ever been done and no one has ever called me back.... I to date have not received my $595.00 Dollars back. Been over a year.

Don't ever use them!!!! They are all criminals.

ordered a dumpster and was given a price then later check my account to see they charged more than their quote. Then the manager gets on the phone and quotes two other prices on same dumpster!

please contact other companies first and you will see the difference in price, and attitude. I only requested to be refunded the difference BETWEEN the quote and the OVERCHARGE, they said it is already done and why did I wait to complain, I had to see it come up on my account and noticed the OVERCHARGE!

After calling, being hung up on and calling a few more times, NOTHING WAS DONE and still over charged me! stay away from company!!

We are also a hauler that got scammed of $1600.

I have the owner, Cory Jay Hecht's home address, and other vital info on him.

If you approach him go armed he has an assault arrest in San Diego. We are always prepared for this type of character and have redundant measures in place to insure he will not try anything, but be careful.

The nature of his doings constitutes conspiracy and wire fraud, because a communications device was used (phone, internet, etc). Because the fraud crossed state lines, the FBI will be meeting with him soon in a manner he may find inconvenient.

They also own "Auto Transport 123" and have a similar sordid history of upset customers.

Waste Management is a reputable company, in my opinion and dealings, I find it hard to believe they would touch this with a 10-foot pole.

DUMPSTER CENTRAL ORDERED A DUMPSTER AND THEN WHEN THE BILL WAS SENT FOR THE EXTRA TRASH IN THE BOX THEY REFUSED TO PAY THE BILL. WHEN WE WOULD CALL ABOUT THE BILL, THEY WOULD TRANSFER THE CALL AND WE WOULD HAVE TO LEDAVE A MESSAGE THAT WAS NEVER RTND.

WHEN WE WOULD CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, AGAIN THEY WOULD TRANSFER THE CALL TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE.

THEY ALSO SET UP TRASH SERVICE FOR A CUSTOMER AND THEN DID NOT PAY THE BILL SO THAT THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WOULD BE INTERRUPTED, THE CUSTOMER IN TURN CALLED US TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND WHY THERE TRASH WAS NOT PICKED UP. NOW AFTER ALL THIS BILLS THAT ARE BEING SENT TO THEM ARE BEING RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERABLE.

I rented them a fence for their project here in Dallas and they never paid their bill and it's been months of wasted resources trying to get ANYONE to respond to a phone call or an email... I've tried repeatedly to get in contact with anyone over there and it's either a VM or no Response!

I provided a service for them and they can't be upstanding about a business transactions and pay when services were rendered. We did our part to make their job successful and did not receive the decency nor the respect of payment or at least a response!!!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! stay away!

DONT I REPEAT DONT USE DUMPSTER CENTRAL!!!! They delay your dumpster pick up as long as they can with excuses so they can charge you more.

They all say there mangers and you can't ever get ahold of a owner or a real manger. They say they will call you back and never do. You call there and get the run around ever time. There all rude as well.

They say you have to sign and send back a contract agreement by email (not mail) after I sent it in the mail. But before that they delay this contract by having your email wrong so you never get it so your time is delayed again. They are a 3rd party and never pay there bills to your local dumpster companys. SO ALWAYS JUST USE YOUR LOCAL DUMPSTER COMPANY'S don't go through a 3rd party cuz it sounds like it's cheaper .

because believe me it's not. I learned my lesson!!!

I have used Dumpster Central several times. Shame on me.

They are unprofessional, they make every attempt to add charges with out your consent. They will not give you their last names, they will hang up on you. They will not transfer you to a manager, everyone in that place is a manager. After they hang up on you they charge your credit card.

They will not pick up the containers so that they can charge you extra. They will try to have you sign contracts that make no sense. Bottom line, do not use them. Call a local company, that is what they do.

Usually the local company has nothing nice to say about them. Please spend your money with a reputible company, do not spend thousands of dollars as I have only to be scammed, disappointed, treated like ***.

CHARGED MY CARD IMMEDIATELY BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM TO PICK IT UP THEY GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES, EXTREME;Y UNHELPFUL, WOULD NOT LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR, EVERYONE IS A SUPERVISOR OR NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE TO SPEAK WITH ME, STILL HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP AND IT IS OVER A WEEK NOW. TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA WHEN I SCHEDULED THE PICK UP ON TIME. TINA AND NATALIE WERE THE WORST, RUDEST, MOST UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THEM. THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF EVERYWAY THEY CAN.

We are a hauler that was contacted by this company and charged up several thousands of dollars in charges only to fail to pay ANY of them. SO they are not just taking your money, but they are taking it from the haulers they contract do actually do the collection.

MY ADVICE: USE YOUR LOCAL HAULER DIRECT you will get better, cheaper, timely, service! THese "middle men" have sprung up all over our industry to the extent that the third largest waste hauler was guess what? A WASTE SERVICE BROKER who doesn't own one piece of hauling equipment!

They have since been bought by Waste Management, however, all their ex employees have gone out and started their own! And this is what you get!

We hired them for a number of jobs that we had going on at the same time, they would not pick up any of our containers when we were done, these were paid for in full in order to get them delivered. I got violations on 2 properties because of this.

No one in their office has a clue whats going on, I got hung up on a few times and others were yelling and confused.

Biggest mistake for anyone to use this company, they are scammers and cheaters and everyone should stay away from using them. Its not worth it.

Dumpster Central is also Dumpster Rental and Construction Management. They are not nationwide they are located at 1614 grand ave Baldwin NY 11510.

They are a broker and add an extra $100 -200 sometimes more on every deal they receive and then charge you extra on over tonnage and rental days. Construction Management is used only to talk to the hauler and Dumpster Rental is only for the customers, they have their own phone line but again all same company. They are in the process of turning Dumpster Central into Dumpster Rental because they owe so many haulers.

They take the customers money and do not pay the haulers and everytime a hauler calls for payment they are just told they are being transferred to billing to leave a message and no one Is going to return your call there is no billing I work here so I know. This company is all lies.

Worst at everything and still sending bills 6 months after doing business with them.

Do yourself a favor and call your local dumpster company and demand they not contract you through dumpster central!

The only reason we got tricked into using them was their phone number was pated over the phone number of the local company on the side of a dumpster.

Over charged, repeat charges and charges for them being late to exchange the dumpster.

I got an email today that said we are 175 days over on our dumpster rental after they picked it up last May after we terminated their services.
